Tax Incentive for Resident Enterprises

Exemption of national tax (corporate tax, income tax)

Division	Details of Support	Remarks
Foreigner Investment Enterprise	100% for 3 years, 50% for 2 years thereafter (In case of investment over $10,000.-)
Local enterprises	100% for 3 years from the year of first profit, 50% for 2 years thereafter

Exemption of local tax

• Acquisition tax
  100% exemption for 5 years from the date of business opening
• Property tax
  100% for 5 years from the date of tax liability being obligated for the first time 50% exemption for 3 years thereafter
