Provision of high-quality tourist information service
Specialized tourist guide possessing qualification certificate of tourist guide provides all the information required for tourism such as tourist attraction, transportation, accommodation, shopping, festival and event.
3 Main foreign languages (English, Japanese, Chinese) in addition to Korean language could be communicated.
Not only Korean tourist guidance for local tourists but also English, Japanese tourist guidance and tourist interpretation service are supported as well.
24 Hours, All Year Round Operation
1330 TT Call Center provides 24 hours, all year round tourist guidance service.
Provision of General One-stop Information for Foreigners
In case of any situation such as arrival/departure, safety accident, medical, security, tourism complaint report of foreign tourists, general guidance service is provided by linking with relevant authorities such as 1345 (Ministry of Justice), 119 (National Emergency Management Agency).
