REISSUE OF ALIEN REGISTRATION APPLICATION
This is civil application available for registered aliens who fall under the following criteria and thus make a reservation for a visit to District Immigration Office or local branch of the Immigration Office:
- 1.Alien registration certificate is lost or disappeared
- 2.Alien registration certificate is worn out and no longer in use
- 3.Alien registration certificate has no more writing space for necessary items
- 4.Name, gender, birth date, and nationality have been changed and the application for alteration of items of the alien registration is submitted.
- 5.A dependent that was jointly registered in the same alien registration and turns to 17 years old age.
